Episode 265: Chronic Disease Awareness

Today, 7/10 is Chronic Disease Awareness Day 7 of 10 deaths can be attributed to chronic disease – 7 in 10! The CDC says that 6 in 10 of us have a chronic condition in 4 in 10 of us have two or more. These are staggering statistics. Many of our conditions can be improved or prevented with lifestyle changes. We can shift our quality of life by: stop smoking, reducing alcohol, cleaning up our diet, getting better sleep, and exercising. What are you committed to doing for your health?
